I'm Janis owner and operator of Elegant Creations Custom Veils and a few other specialties. It is my goal for you the customer to be able to relax in the comfort of your own home and design the veil of your dreams.

Experiment with the different selections and watch the veil you design unfold before your eyes, matching the picture in your mind. The best part is you have the advantage of making any changes you wish during this process.

Although custom bridal veils are what my shop mainly consist of I carry a line of headpieces, some of which can be custom designed. Petticoats, decorative embroidered pillows and bridal capes are also available. I will display a different bridal gown in a different size each month in which bids can be placed on.

We must receive payment in full before beginning work on your order. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express as well as check or money order. You can submit your credit card information using our secure online shopping cart or choose the "pay by check" option for check or money order when placing your orders. Thank You.

U.S. standard delivery is normally $5.00 and will be shipped USPS Priority Mail. This includes insurance and delivery confirmation.

Please note, shipping insurance only covers loss or damage while package is in transit.

Allow 10 business days from confirmation of payment for delivery.
Allow up to 4 weeks for custom orders from confirmation of payment for delivery.

Return and Exchange Policy [back to top]

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it for an exchange or refund postmarked within the fifth business day after you received it and in the same packaging which it was received. Any orders received after the fifth business day will not be refunded.
